About the Show
Jamie Wheatley, called “The Man On The Street” after his Facebook/ YouTube interview show, graduated with his degree in theatre from Western Michigan University. He has acted on the stage as well as been in a number of indie films over the years.
He has been in love with classical alternative music since he was a kid growing up in the suburbs outside of Detroit, MI so he’s the perfect fit for the VillageRadio.Net family!
He is the host for 80s Party For A Purpose, a giant charity function every May in Michigan that has raised over $200,000.00 for charity and was on tour this past fall, with the classic alternative band, When In Rome, working as the pre show act, with a DJ talking with members of the audience.
